Overview
This trip is for those who are deeply in love with the sea, beaches, and paradise-like beauty.
Lefkada’s greatest attraction is something you will not find in any luxurious palace or castle — it is the beauty of nature itself. The Creator’s hand has gifted this island with picturesque villages, lush vegetation, impressive bays with crystal-clear turquoise waters, and breathtaking white beaches. The island itself is a natural wonder. Lefkada is the fourth largest island in the Ionian Sea. It is famous for its beaches, which are considered among the most beautiful not only in Greece, but in the world. Porto Katsiki and Egremni are two of the most famous and truly spectacular beaches that attract visitors from all over the world. Kathisma is wide, lively, and known for its incredible turquoise color that cannot be confused with anything else. The sea here looks unreal. But it is real. We will also walk through the island’s capital — the town of Lefkada: beautiful promenades, small squares, traditional houses, bell towers, cozy cafés, and tavernas. The town feels lively, light, and full of the sea spirit.
🌅 Sunset and overnight stay If we stay overnight on the island, we can watch the sunset from one of the stylish cliffside bars. The sun slowly sinks into the Ionian Sea, the sky turns fiery red, and it becomes one of the most beautiful moments of the entire trip.
📸 Photo tour If we stay overnight, a photo session with a local professional photographer is possible. The photoshoot takes place at the best panoramic viewpoints of Lefkada — overlooking the white cliffs, the open horizon, and the turquoise Ionian Sea.
Important Water shoes are highly recommended — most beaches on Lefkada have a rocky entrance to the sea. Bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen.
The journey The drive from Thessaloniki takes about 5 hours with a stop. Lefkada is the only Greek island connected to the mainland by a floating bridge. On the way, we will pass through the only underwater road tunnel in Greece beneath the Ionian Sea.
